No — the R150 registration fee is non-refundable and helps us cover setup costs and reserve your child’s spot.


We mix tech, education, and fun in a nurturing, play-based environment. Kids learn while having a blast — and you get all the benefits without needing to travel!

By enrolling in Bumblebrain, you agree to the following:
  1. Registration Fee: A once-off non-refundable registration fee of R150 per child is payable upon enrolment to secure your child’s space.
  2. Fees & Payments: The monthly fee is R300 per child, payable in advance. Payments are due by the 1st of each month to continue participation.
  3. Sessions & Attendance: Sessions are 30 minutes once a week, held at your registered preschool or center. No make-up sessions will be provided for missed classes unless canceled by Bumblebrain.
  4. Cancellations: One calendar month’s written notice is required to cancel enrollment. The registration fee is non-refundable under all circumstances.
  5. Safety & Equipment: Bumblebrain uses age-appropriate devices and educational software. We prioritize child safety, supervision, and guided interaction with technology.
  6. Parent & School Cooperation: We rely on clear communication with parents and preschool staff to ensure smooth sessions. Please notify us of any special needs or relevant health concerns.
  7. Privacy: All personal information is kept confidential and will never be shared without your written permission.
